Probadorlib Software for Android

It is a software tool for cellphone testing. It performs two tests : 100 iterations of complex-math operations and 100 iterations of bit-wise operations, about 20 seconds each, so the user can know if the cellphone is operating correctly in this environment with this specific processing load. In every iteration, a sleep of 200 milliseconds is included. This allows the user to perform the test in several locations without losing too much battery. Probadorlib is sensitive to detect some subtle, low-level anomalies or errors—including transient bit-flips caused by electromagnetic interference (EMI) or by cosmic rays, by voltage instability, or by hardware degradation. While not an officially certified tool, it serves as an effective, accessible tool for testing cellphones. Note: Keep in mind that some cellphones feature hardware-level error protection (such as ECC memory or fault-tolerant CPU design) that automatically mitigates these anomalies.

Privacy Policy

This software does not recolect, store, transfer any user data. It is just a test tool. Only the activation key is transferred to the subscription license server.

The developer will analyze the report and, if appropriate, work to correct it through future updates, without this implying an obligation to achieve immediate results.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LiberoTecno E.I.R.L. and its authors shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data or financial losses) arising out of the use of or inability to use this application. In any case, LiberoTecno E.I.R.L.’s total liability for any contractual claim shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by the user for the purchase of the application.

4. TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT AND THIRD PARTIES: The user acknowledges that the proper functioning of the application depends on variables beyond the developer’s control, such as Android operating system updates, modifications to third-party libraries, device hardware characteristics, or the presence of unauthorized malicious or cloned software.

5. EXTERNAL LIBRARIES: Probadorlib is a proprietary product of LiberoTecno E.I.R.L. This software incorporates external open-source libraries and tools from third parties that are distributed under permissive licenses (such as the Apache License 2.0). A complete list of third-party software is included in the license file provided with the application and here third_party_probadorlib.txt.

6.INTERPRETATION AND USE OF DIAGNOSTIC RESULTS:The software acts solely as a processing load stress test tool and reports whether computational errors occurred during execution. The interpretation of these results, as well as any technical, commercial, or diagnostic conclusions drawn from them, is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user. LiberoTecno E.I.R.L. does not guarantee that the test results provide a definitive or comprehensive diagnosis of hardware condition, nor does it assume liability for any actions, decisions, or repairs undertaken based on the software’s output.

7. RESOURCE USAGE AND HARDWARE BEHAVIOR: The application includes controlled execution cycles (such as built-in 200-millisecond delays per iteration) specifically engineered to optimize CPU workload and preserve battery health during diagnostic runs. However, the user acknowledges that test execution still requires device resources. LiberoTecno E.I.R.L. is not responsible for background performance adjustments or unexpected shutdowns caused by pre-existing hardware flaws.

8. ENVIRONMENTAL AND COMPUTATIONAL ANOMALIES: The user acknowledges that low-level hardware tests and bit-wise calculations can be influenced by transient environmental, physical, and hardware factors. These include, but are not limited to, cosmic rays and ionizing radiation causing single-event upsets (bit flips), electromagnetic interference (EMI), voltage supply fluctuations, extreme ambient temperatures, micro-cracks, or natural silicon degradation over time. Consequently, a detected error does not automatically constitute a permanent manufacturing defect of the smartphone, but rather indicates an anomaly during that specific execution cycle. LiberoTecno E.I.R.L. shall not be held liable for misinterpretations arising from transient physical phenomena.

LiberoTecno E.I.R.L. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application following the publication of the changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
